Choose to Lose with Kevin Dunton, Beacon Health Wellness Coordinator
Why is it so hard to lose weight? Aside from the obvious – food is delicious, exercise is hard, and time is short – there are many other factors that affect weight loss. That’s why at Beacon Health, we have designed an 8-week program to help sort out some of the confusion. Our Choose to Lose program is focused on inspiring healthy living and improved overall wellbeing. This includes taking a holistic approach to help individuals eat healthier and move more. Our online course is led by a Certified Health and Wellness Coach and provides accountability, direction, and support to individuals looking to improve their health and well-being through healthy weight loss.
